Numbers appear on right side of table

When creating a new table, I'm seeing numbers after the
right column. (for 4 rows-the numbers 1,2,3,4) Then when
I add a new table the numbering continues(for 4 more rows -
the numbers 5,6,7,8) Has anyone else ever seen this? How
do you get rid of the numbers?

Hi LaLa,

I've never heard of anything like this before, but it sounds
like this could be an issue with right-to-left editing.
Unfortunately, you don't tell us which version of Word you
have, so it's difficult to do more than guess...

Answer:

Based on your question below, I am not certain if the
numbering appears inside or outside the table itself. Are
the numbers appearing after the last column outside the
table? If so, I have no idea what happened. Are you sure
an automatic numbering outline feature is not activated?
Look on your toolbar and if the icon, 1___, 2___, 3___ is
indented then you have auto numbering implemented somehow;
simply click to turn off. Otherwise, this is a first and
have no answer. Good luck.
