numbers in Word doc?

Please help! I am trying to type a phone directory in Word and some of the
phone numbers are NOT lining up, even though I have the same spacing from the
colon. It is like I need a half space or something. I have tried tabs,
condensed fonts, and manually adjusting and I am off just enough that it
looks out of alignment. Here's an example:

Apt: 941-200-5687
Wk: 941-543-1902
Fax: 941-202-8990

See how the Fax number is off just a little bit? Any help would be so
appreciated, as I have been working on this for hours! Thanks you!

You can use tabs or a table. If you use tabs, you can select the text and
choose Format - Tabs - Clear All - OK, just to be sure there aren't any
misplaced tabs. Set a tab where you want the second column to start. Be sure
to use only one tab between the columns, and no spaces.

Either set a (left) tab for the first number position and tab after the
colon, or set a (decimal) tab at the position of the colon and tab at the
start of the line.
