O2KPro re-install failure

Office 2K Pro was installed and running perfectly
(completely up-to-date patches, Service Packs, etc.) under
98SE. Upgraded OS to Win2KPro. Office is now
unavailable. Any attempt to re-install/repair fails. I
have tried both Setup.Exe and Data1.Msi from the root of
the CD. A warning is generated, the text of which
corresponds to Error 1635. I have found no information,
however, as to how to proceed now that I have identified
the error. Can anyone provide some help as to next step
(s). Yes, I have admin access to the OS.
