OE Blocked Word Document

I know that there is a way to choose which type of files
you want to recieve, however I can't seem to find any
info on how to do this. I can't even recieve a Word
Document through Outlook Express.

(I have XP Home Edition, and use Outlook Express)

This is sooooooo frustrating, can someone PLEASE HELP ME!

Tools-> Options-> tab Security-> Do not allow attachments...

Outlook Express is family of Internet Explorer and Outlook of the Office
family.
