oe removing unsafe attachments

why is this happening and how can I receive these

Tools-> Options-> tab Security-> Do not allow...

There is an item in Outlook Express

under "Tools", "Options", "Security" that reads "Do not
allow attachments to be saved or opened that could
potentially be a virus". When you download OE and begin
using it, it defaults to this protection being checked so
it is on. If you have not already do so, follow the path
above and de-select the option. That should fix your
problem.
