Office 2000 errors

MS ACCESSS 2000
A problem occurred while MS Access was communicating with the OLE
server or ActiveX Control.

Close the OLE server and restart it outside of MS Access. Then try the
original operation again in MS access.

Error occurrs everytime I open Access. WINXP Pro SP II

This is everytime I open Access, not any DB, just Access.

Any ideas, I have uninstalled and installed it again.

OKAY, well here is probably another symptom. When I open a new document
in WORD I get this.

This document could not be registered. It will not be possible to
create links from other documents to this document.

Well I guess if anyones wants the answer because it isn't on MS KB
surprise surprise, here is it. MAKE SURE THE DCOM SERVER PROCESS
LAUNCHER IS RUNNING. That was such a pain it the @$$!!!!!
