No one is going to be emailing or posting anything of the kind. If Office
came with your computer then you must contact the vendor and/or
manufacturer. If it was retail then

does not support OEM installations.
May I also suggest that, when posting to newsgroups in future, that you
don't use SMS type language. It makes your posts very hard to decipher.
