Office 2000 Outllook cannot receive incoming email

We just switched servers and and our hosting email
provider. I can send email, but cannot receive incoming
email. The sender does get an error message stating that
their message did not go thru. This is happening on all
of our computers not just one.

Are you set on the server tab of the acount properties to authenticate to
the outgoing server using the incoming server credentials?
