I am trying to re-instal on WINDOWS XP Home Edition but
Error Message is received before completion (CD Key
instals ok)

Error 1402 Could not open key -
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Current
Version\Run\Optional\Components\MSFS
