Office 2000 SBE Reinstall

I had a local repair shop clean out my old lap top running Windows 98. But
when I tried to reinstall Office it gives me an error message that I entered
an invalid key value. I orginally purchased this computer new from Dell with
Office installed, but their support claims they can't help me. Any
suggestions?

If Dell was the original supplier and they wouldn't help you, I'd say that you
have a valid complaint for Microsoft's intervention. Hopefully you have the name
of the Dell rep that you spoke to.
