Office 2000 Service Pack 3 - Disk 2 Update

I am attempting to update a Office 2000 system to Service
Pack 3 and am receiving the following error when running
the Disk 2 update.

"Error 1322. A portion of the folder path " exceeds the
length allowed by the system"

Does anyone have any ideas what would cause this or how
to fix it.
