The office shortcut bar doesnt want to open and comes up
with this message
"The office shortcut bar must have at least one toolbar to
run. Do you want to add a toolbar now?"
I click on yes and add a toolbar and it works until i
reboot and then it comes up again. Have tried uninstalling
and re-installing office with no success and tried the
same with just the shortcut bar in the add/remove for
office. The nearest microsoft answer is that the pc is
infected with the ILOVEYOU email virus but the pc has
network a/v protection - virusscan console which is
regularly updated.
Laptop it a Hp p3 win 2000 pro if it helps
