Office 2000 SP3 update failure

When I try to update Office 2000 to SP3 I get following
error:

The update cannot be installed.

Office is installed localy (NOT /j as MS mentions on web)
Office was succesfully upgraded from SR-1a to SP2
SP3 pack is the right language (english)
Any suggestions??
