OFFICE 2000 WORD WILL NOT WORK. HAVE UNINSTALLED OFFICE & REINSTA.

Office 2000 Word will not open. I get an error message Microsoft Word For
Windows Has Encountered a Problem and Needs to Close. I have uninstalled and
reinstalled Office & it still won't work. Even Word documents I have saved
will not open. Help - - Thanks
