Yes, and I would suggest going to each of the programs (Excel.exe,
Winword.exe, MSAccess.exe, etc.) and setting them to "Run As Administrator"
as that seems to give them the ability to run with less problems. Although,
that may not be the best due to security concerns if you open documents from
untrusted sources. So, be careful.
