Office 2003: Activation wizard fails

Hello,

I am trying to use the activation wizard in order to (re) activate my Office
2003 pro but it fails; when I select "I want to activate the software by
telephone" and click "Next" the wizards dissappears.

Any ideas? My office is blocked due to a hardware change and I cannot use it
at all.
