Office 2003 and using Word as e-mail editor

Has anyone found a solution to the problem where you
can't use Word to reply to e-mails but creating an new e-
mail using Word works fine? Any suggestions would be
much appreciated. I have used detect and repair and have
re-booted several times all to no avail.

What is the problem with using Word for replying? It works fine here on my
machines. Please report any error messages that you get - the exact text is
best for troubleshooting.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to the
Swen virus, all e-mails sent to my actual account will be deleted w/out
reading.
