We are doing automatic updates on our network, but having problems with just
a couple of PC's not getting the updates. In troubleshooting the problem, we
are to the step when Microsoft advises reinstalling Office, but we cannot.
When we try to uninstall, the PC locks up. Same thing if you try to repair
or reinstall over top of current version. We have Office sp1 installed.
Tried to reinstall that - couldn't. Help would be appreciated. Thanks
