Office 2003 customization wizard

We are currently using the ORK to customize our install of Outlook 2003 so
that when people log into the machine, it will automatically take the users
credentials and exchange server settings and apply them to the Outlook
profile. We have done this on the Office 2000 version of Outlook, but when
we try the same thing in Outlook 2003, we are not successful. Any feedback
on this matter is appreciated.

We are using the custom installation wizard and we are trying to utilize the
custom users settings and exchange settings. By using the %username% and
filling in the exchange server, but when we use these, it does not populate
to the Outlook profile when a new person logs onto the computer. The outcome
would allow any user to log onto a computer to have Outlook setup for them
just by logging onto the computer as themselves and not have to setup the
account profile.
