Could someone please let me know where I am going wrong with the following.
I am trying to do a roll-out of Office 2003 via GPO. Have customised the
deployment using a transform file. Currently using Office XP which needs to
be removed and replaced with Office 2003. One of the reasons for using the
transform file was that is gave the option to automatically remove previous
versions of Office.
If I deploy Office manually (i.e. from "run" and then browse to the office
setup.exe file and then use all the relevant transform switches) - works
perfectly and all previous versions are removed. HOWEVER, as soon as I try
to deploy using a GPO and the EXACT same transform file - the previous
versions are not removed?
I am at a bit of a lost end so any ideas greatly appreciated.
