One of the recommended ways of deploying an OPS file for Office 2003 is
to run the Profile Wizard during setup.

I'd like to use the method of running the Profile Wizard from Add
Installations And Run Programs once for each user, which is a setting
defined in the MST. My understanding is that doing this will initiate
the Profile Wizard once per user upon the first run of an Office
application. This is indeed how it's working.
The problem I've run into, is that the Profile Wizard can't complete
its task because the Office application that was opened is already in
an opened state when the Profile Wizard attempts to run.
Unfortunately, I don't see how the documentation can work the way it's
described.
Any thoughts?
