Office 2003 Multiple Start Outlook PCS Menu Items

In my Outlook 2003 Under the Tools menu I have multiples (7 of them) of Start Outlook PCS Items.
Is there any way to get rid of them? Leaving just 1

This sounds like an addin whose toolbar commands have run amok. You should
be able to remove the duplicates by right-clicking any toolbar and choosing
Customize.
