Office 2003 Pro "Home Use Program" transfer to new PC

I have Office Professional Edition 2003 installed under
the "Home Use Program" on my home business PC. They
system is beginning to fail from age and use, and I want
to buy a new one.

I would like to uninstall Office 2003 on this computer,
and install it on the new one. How can I do this so that
the license will transfer? Will I have to activate by
phone, or does uninstalling automatically deactivate the
installation?
