Office 2003 Pro Registration

I updated Outlook, added a feature and the product became
Un-Registered. I then try to register it online and it
denys the registration. Then, I select "register by
telephone" and it DOES NOT give me a number or anything,
the dialogue box just disappears.

Could someone help me? I cannot use my office product and
I have a cd key and everything.
