Office 2003 Re-intall

I've had to re-install Office 2003 on Win2000 pro OS with the latests patches
and updates. I get the following message.
"The installation source for this product is not available. Verify the
source
the exists and that you can access it."

There is not identity or location for the installation source. Thus, I do
not know how to verify its existence.

Please help!
