Office 2003 Shortcut bar

A

abqnuke

I just recently upgraded my Office Suite from Office 2000
to Office 2003 and have the exact same question. This
desktop machine has Windows 2002 on it. The Office
upgrade didn't automatically create the office shortcut
bar like EVERY previous version. What gives?

Also, I just bought a new laptop that came with Windows XP
and the Works suite. I loaded the Office 2003 suite on
that computer as well but still no shortcut bar. So, it
doesn't appear to be OS dependent. Just a weird one.

Has anyone responded to you yet?
Thanks.
Ron

Have you searched this forum for answers to that question? It has probably
been answered several thousand times per month since Office 2003 came out.

Short answer is no there is no shortcut bar. Long answer, do some homework
on google groups and you will find your workarounds.

I think it is time that Milly should take a long hard earned retirement.
Her contribution is to merely insult users of this newsgroup. Perhaps old
age is catching up in which case it is time to join a reputable senior
citizens club.
