Office 2003 Shutdown Problems

Since my recent upgrade to Office 2003 from Office XP, I
get error messages that the following 2 programs are not
responding when I try to shutdown my computer:

TRd ww
CiCeroUIWndFrame

Also, if I close Outlook 2003, it will not open again
unless I restart my computer.

re: TRd ww: This error is associated with the Total Recorder Program which
is used for sound recording and MP3's. To resolve this issue, either
uninstall the program using Add/Remove Programs, or update the software from
http://www.highcriteria.com/productfr.htm

Your system registers are corrupted, try running/install
XP again and use the "REPAIR" option. When you do this,
make sure "NOTHING" is running at all.
