When its finished, you will have all the programs in one disk image. I
created this for myseldf and the image is 1.02GB. To large to burn on a CD so
I have to use a DVD. If there is a particular program you do not use, don't
include it and the image size will be decreased and you will then be able to
fit it on one cd. To install the different programs, you will have to go to
each of thier setup.exe files in thier folders. You can also make a simple
menue that will point to each setup.exe. I will do that when I get the time.

Have fun and post your final image size and anything I may have forgotten....

Something is missing.... I made the slipstream but when I burn it to cd to
test on my laptop, it starts to install but then asks for the original CD,
which it shouldn't. Specifically asks for a file called SKU011.cab. It should
just install as if it were the original.

All of the files on the original CD are compressed in *.cab files. After the
slipstream process there are no *.cab files, just the uncompressed files.
Anyone know how to fix this?

Did you use the Full file of SP2 for slipstream? Or did you use the one where you need to put in the CD when it asks.

Hi Dscrap,

FYI, to create an Office Admin Point with Office 2003 you need
to have an use a volume license/Enterprise license key.
Setup /A is not supported in retail or OEM editions of MS Office.

Ho Bob,

I have the enterprise edition... I need to update or install several
systems that are not on our network and it would be easier and faster to have
a slipstream of SP2 in the whole package. I wanted to possibly shrink it
down to fit on one cd... But thats where I have the problems. Not all of our
systems have DVD drives. I can use a USB drive for the time being, but I
would ratther have the CD.

Thanks for the input!
