Office 2003 Student Teacher - it has been activated.

I installed MS Office with minimal files on my new Laptop I now it would now
appear to be corrupted, I have the origianal disk, setup will not allow me
to repair it, get rid of it, or reinstall over it. Can some one help?

On trying to re install The messages I get are as follows
window Installer :
Service could not be accessed, due to being in safe mode of windows installer
not being installed correctly.
So I have tried to remove it
error deleting file or folder:
MSCHEV.DLL access is denied.
I cannot find an uninstall on the software can anyone help me please
