Office 2003 Update & ActiveX

Can't anyone at Microsoft see that there alot of people having problems with
the Office 2003 Update and the ActiveX Control Installation Engine. If they
could see that then maybe they could also see that everyone is following
their instructions and that it still is not working. So PLEASE do not tell
me AGAIN to change my settings to accept activex content. Herd it, Done it,
Did it, Been there, IT STILL DOESN'T WORK.
