Office 2003 & Winfax Pro 10.03

I am getting hang ups and computer not responding using
these two products. Symantec states that it is a
Microsoft problem, since they updated with 10.03 to
correct compatability issues between 10.02 & Office 2003.
I updated, yet still have the problem of my computer not
responding. Is there any correction to Office 2003 to fix
this issue?

No, it is Symantec's problem since they did NOT update WinFax Pro to work
with Office 2003. They SAY they used the .03 update to get it to work with
Office XP, but the integration was iffy at best.

See this article from Symantec's site about getting paid support for a fix
for Outlook 2003 - I have not tried it as I do not intend to pay for
something that they refuse to support except on a paid basis after making
you jump through hoops.
