Office 2003 won't accept SP2 upgrade

Install fails as soon as it starts. Says check log files. canot find any
OHotfix.log anywhere on system.

Hi Petrohawk,

From Start=>Run type
%temp%
look for MSInnnn.logs and an \ohotfix subfolder and examine
the logs there.

How are you downloading/installing the update? Do you have
any 2003 products other than the one Office package installed?

Hey Bob,

I did a scannow with the Winxp disc, everything loads OK now. Thanks for the
reply though things could have been worse, like WinFax 10.03! Yuck!
