Office 2003 Word won't print in black

Hi folks,
I'm using Word 2003. I can print in every color but black. I can print
black from a photo program! But can't in Word. I've cleaned out the print
head from the program and did all the cleaning I can. It still won't print
in black. Does anyone have a sort of solution for this? Oh and all my
print cartridges are full.
