Does the account that you are using when you open Word have
Administrator rights? To successfully accept the license pop-up you
must do it once using an administrator account.

I am the only person using this computer so I presume so. The pop up happens
on all office programs and email. Never encountered this with any computers
before.

You must accept the Office End User License Agreement every time that you
start an Office program

I have the same problem. I am the only one who uses the computer. I have
admin rights and I installed the Office 2003 under the admin login.

I followed the steps for run under admin, but since I am the admin it doesnt
give the options. I also did the "regedit32" steps per microsoft and that
did help the issue.

anyone have some different ideas?
