Office 2007

Hi,
I am wondering if there is a difference between purchasing Office Standard
2007 full edition or Office 2007 Home & Student and Outlook 2007 separately?

The reason I ask is that the Full Version is $325 at Amazon and the other
two combined are only $208. About a 35% difference in price. All are full
versions requiring no upgrade.

The H&S version is "branded" for "non-commercial use only"(you can't use
them for any business use, non profit or otherwise), otherwise they work
just alike.
