Office 2K Service Release 1a (SR-1a) does not install for Office Standard

Seth

Went to the MS Office Web site and requested a scan of my
computer for needed Office updates.
The scan reported that there are a bunch of updates
available, but I need to install Office 2000 Service
Release 1a (SR-1a) first.
Downloaded this file, ran the installation, and at one
point it requests that I insert the Windows 2K Office
*Professional* CD.
However, I bought Office 2K *Standard* and that is the
only CD I have.
The installer then fails.
What is going on? Is it that:
a) The MS scan application is returning the wrong update?
b) This is the right update but there is a bug in the
Installer?

Any help is appreciated. Running Windows ME.

What version(s) of Office do you show as installed under control
panel->add/remove programs?
