Office 2k3 registration

At my school, we can get copies of Office for real
cheap. They told us that we can only install Office 2
times because of the Microsoft Office Registry Wizard.
Does that mean that I can only install office twice if I
register it after I install it. Therefore, if I dont
register, I can install it however many times that I want
to? Please Help ASAP!!!

Thanks!

The version that we can get is the student version of
2003 pro. That version does not require the end user to
activate the product if I recall correctly. So if I dont
register it and dont have to activate it, then I
shouldn't be limited to the two times of installation
right? I just dont want to spend the money on a product
that I can only install twice. Thanks!

Ted Bealmear,
As stated you must activate or the software will time out and go into
reduced functionality mode. Student/Teacher 2003 allows for 3 installations
on 3 different machines.
If you ever have to reinstall on the machines it was installed on you may
have to use the phone method to re-activate Office.
Read your eula.
