Office 97 Office Assistant

Recently, I re-installed Office 97. I guess that caused the Office Assistant
to re-appear.
I've cleared all the options boxes, yet Clippy insets on appearing.

How can I prevent Clippy from appearing in Office 97?
I know that I've done this before, but my aging memory cannot seem to recall
how.

Rename the actors file to dead actors. My favorite solution. (.act if I
recall correctly)

There was another way to disable clippy without renaming the file, that's
what I'm trying to find.
