Office activation

I have 2 clients who purchsed Office XP and installed it on their computers
themselves. The problem is that the 30 day limit to activate office has been
exceeded, and when I try to activate office it wont let me because it's in
"Limited used mode" or something to that effect. Anybody know anyway of
activating the software without a format a clean install and without calling
Microsoft?

In the Help menu there should be an Activate Product option. It
should allow both Internet and phone activation. Failing that, your
only option is the phone.
