Hi,
i successfully upgraded my Outlook 2000 to Outlook 2003
and it did work fine. however, when i ran the
applications or programs of Office 2000, the error
appeared, " The Office Assistant could not start. Start
fixing it by using Office 2000 setup......", which i did.
i restarted the machine since it asked me to do it. when
i opened applications from Office 2000, the same error
appeared.
How to solve this problem?
By the way, i increased the virtual memory from 370 to
720 MB and installed the Office 2000 service pack 2.
Operating system Microsoft XP Pro
CPU: Athlon Duron 1300 MHz
Memory: SDRAM 252 MB
