Office Clipart

We have a company cpu that for whatever reason in the
clipart organizer does not have the group Microsoft
Office Online under the folder web collections. All other
install have it and I cannot find out how to make it be
there is it an active x issue? or something else? Btw

Maybe this, open help, at the bottom, See Also, Online content Settings, check to see
if your user is online.
