Office Clipboard Help!

1) How can I get my office clipboard to STAY on my new email message window?
I have to click View, Clipboard with every new email and its getting
frustrating!

2) How can I change my settings to only copy things to the clipboard when I
hit cntrl C twice?

3) How can I change the font on the copied items that are IN my clipboard
already?
