How can I locate the office clipboard in word to allow me to store more than 1 item on the clipboard.

I understand it is ossible to store up to 24 items

The "Office Clipboard" is a feature of the PC version of Office.

Mac Office provides the Scrapbook which is unlimited in number of items &
retains content for as long as you wish -- even after a shutdown of your
Mac. See any Office app's Help on: Store text and graphics for future use
