Hello,
We have Corporate image of windows2000, which ofcourse includes Office
already installed and configured.
Whenever, new user logs on to that PC, which just got reimaged, and tried to
open Word/outlook..., it always ask for .msi file. When we browse to that
file on network share, it doesn't work, keeps prompting again.
There is another office fix file created on same network share and if we run
the fix seperately, it works fine.
After applying fix, office tools doesn't ask for .msi file.
Not sure, how this is happening?
I would appreciate if someone could suggest on how to troubleshoot this
issue?
