First of all, if you're downloading Office then you'll not receive any
assistance here. The downloading of commercial software is known as 'piracy'
and it's stealing. We don't help thieves.
However, as I am sure you don't mean that, the reason you cannot install is
that you have an upgrade licence and do not possess the *original*
qualifying product. When one uses a product to qualify for an upgrade, the
QP licence is amalgamated into the upgrade licence and the two are then
inseparable. If you no longer have the qualifying product, then the upgrade
is null and void.
Also, in future you'd be better served by posting to a group in your native
language (which obviously isn't English - judging by your name, it's
probably Spanish, Portuguese or Italian).
Depending on what version the upgrade is, it can be used to qualify for
Office 2003 (assuming you have the correct OS - you need either Windows 2000
SP3 or later, Windows XP or Windows 2003). If however, it *is* 2003, then it
cannot be used to qualify you for another product in the 2003 line as
Microsoft sees this as a crossgrade, not an upgrade and it is *NOT*
supported.
