Office file browsing issues

I have two users who both now have Office 2003 that when they try and open a
file in any network folder they get "Path not found," but if they clkick on
in a couple of times it goes through fine. They have SP3 and that still
didnt fix the issue. They both also have all the updates on WinXP. I have
tried uninstalling and reinstalling, tried signing on as a different user,
tried running the XP Browser Fix but still no success. The users can still
use Office, but its just a [pain...


any ideas?
