Office help not displaying help files.

Hello All.

We run MS Office Access, Onenote, Visio, InfoPath and Project 2003 using the
"run from network" option (using the administrative installation). The
applications run fine, but the help doesn't work; when a search is done
looking for "offline files," a "Action canceled" or a "The page cannot be
displayed" html page is displayed.

The software is installed on a Novell Netware 5.1 SP6 server.

Any help on this issue is greatly appreciated.
