Thanks Bob, I didn't estated my question correctly, but I found the right
answer to my problem in:

Subject: Re: Installed Adobe PDF does not appear as an option for Toolbars.

If you go to help -> about and click on Disabled Items, can you enable Adobe
PDFWriter?

Glad you solved the problem, but it doesn't appear to have anything to
do with IRM in the problem or solution.
