this could be down to one or more of many issues - slow hard disk, low
memory, slow processor, anti-virus scanner, to name but a few! I have found
that Off'03 is very memory hungry and will eat away at your resources. I
always recommend a page file of at least 2.5x the size of RAM - its somewhere
to start, give it a go and see if it helps
