Office master calendar accessible to multiple computers

I serve a church with a network of computers some with Office 2000
professional, the rest with XP. We need to set up a master calendar that
supplies dates, meeting times, and locations, that can be accessed from all
computers on the network, perhaps some material even visible from the
desktop. Is this possible with the software we already have?
